We have condensed the Classic 26 & 2 into an efficient 60 minute class allowing you to recieve a powefull dose of Bikram 's healing benefits in less time. This a great alternative when you are short on time. Our most popular class!

Bikram Classic 75 minutes

Bikram Yoga’s twenty-six posture exercises systematically move fresh, oxygenated blood to one hundred percent of your body, to each organ and fiber, restoring all systems to healthy working order, just as nature intended. Proper weight, muscle tone, vibrant good health, and a sense of well being will automatically follow. Please have a minimum of 10 Bikram classes under your belt to participate in the Silent Class.

Ignite: Core HIIT  is a training system that combines High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT), muscle toning, and cardio in a room heated to approximately 95 degrees. This practice promotes long, lean mus­cle mass while burning fat, with rapid results! It strengthens your core, improves cir­cu­la­tion, and increases flex­i­bil­ity. Get ready to sweat, and sculpt the body you always dreamed of in 2019 at Ignite! (60 minutes)

Power Vinyasa 60 minutes

During this powerful, lightly heated (95 degrees /60 minute ) Power Yoga class, you will learn to let your breath lead your body through your own "Journey into power." Learning to combine your breath, visual focus and physical awareness to give you access to vitality, power & freedom in your mind body & spirit.

Yin Yoga Lounge 60 minutes

What is Yin Yoga? Yin yoga is a slow-paced style of yoga with postures, or asanas, that are held for longer periods of time. This practice is a highly beneficial pairing with your Bikram class. It opens the whole body through slow, controlled movements using the breath to move deeper into postures, releasing years of tension. We will pair this with vibrational sound therapy throughout and after the class. The room will be slightly warmed. Come join in!
